Airoli Bengali Association is dedicated for the cause of social & cultural upliftment. In order to serve the mankind in a much organized way, it is in the process of building a complex in it’s own Plot , No.112, Sector-8A, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, in which the following services/facilities will be available:
Many cancer patients from all over India come to Mumbai for treatment at Tata Memorial Hospital. Due to the huge no., many patients do not get proper accommodation. Though there are many charitable homes in Mumbai, it is inadequate. Moreso, as the cost of living in Mumbai is very high, many patients find it difficult to stay in hotels and thus many of them are compelled to leave Mumbai before getting proper treatment.
Airoli Bengali Association had applied to Govt. of Maharashtra Govt. to allot a plot for construction of a Maa Durga Mandir and homes for cancer patients. Maharashtra Govt. has allotted a plot, No.112, Sector-8A, Airoli, Navi Mumbai, for this purpose. Airoli Bengali Association is in the process of developing the centre. Once the project is completed, many poor patients will be accommodated in this centre at free of cost.
In order to help the poor people in the society, to attend emergency and to
take the cancer patients to Tata Memorial Hospital , the Association has a
plan to open a free Medical centre and to buy an Ambulance.The services
will be provided to the people of all communities.
Building & maintaining of health is very important. To inspire people to take care of health, a Yoga Centre will be developed in the proposed project at the Plot.
Right now, there is a temporary structure in the Plot to house our Devi Maa, Maa Durga. A decent Maa Durga Mandir will be built in the said plot soon. This will fulfill the desires of so many people in Navi Mumbai & Mumbai.
